September has arrived and so has our updated Real Estate Newsletter!

Summer is coming to a close here and the temperatures are cooling off a little to quickly for my tastes.

Historically, interest rates are at an all time low but are creeping up slowly. Now is still a great time to buy.

Either moving up or buying for the first time, now is a great time to make the move up to home ownership.
