So many are asking the question? But do the answers lie with the Real Estate Community or do the answers lie with the Sellers and Buyers? After all the market is not set by the Sellers or the Agents but rather those who are in the market to buy.
The Buyers have a plethora of houses to select from now that so many have put their properties up for Sale. Many are challenging the Sellers with a "wait and see" approach. With Interest Rates holding steady, it leaves one to wonder how long is long enough to wait? The scales will eventually have to tip and the buyers will have to pay higher rates.
